i didn t get a smoking room

my kids and i slept in the car the first night

the property does not serve breakfast like the website says & also the wifi did not work

the filthy rooms, slow wifi, rude staff.

guy on third shift was very rude there was no parking spots

there was a laundry but no iron

that the laundry room was so far away from room n ice machines didn't work

didn t like that for a non smoking room they charging an $100 deposit on top of your overall total, when it

i offered to change it myself and i was walked to the laundry room and given clean sheets

i think whoever is responsible for laundry keeps an eye out the stained linen and throw it away

parking lot shares with neighboring hotels, towels had a weird smell, fridge smelled of weed (bad)

i booked this property, it said that the breakfast was included, but the only thing they had was coffee or tea

was really happy with the accommodations the hotel offered like the kitchenette in the room and a laundry mat

so the dirty towels had to be carried to the laundry area and were replaced
