had to use a laundry hamper to get all of our stuff to our room

bedding was damp, saw a mouse in laundry room. beds were not comfortable.

could use a new dryer in the laundry facility area

the pool the room really everything only complaint would be more options for breakfast..

they did not have a hot tub, the gym equipment was out of date and most of it didn?t work.

room was located near front desk and staff/laundry room

not sure if that was where we were located (in front hall across from laundry) or if our door just wasn't air

we wished there was a pool or hot tub. website says there was.

did like the location, mostly quiet, no issues with the parking

to use pool for stay but in reception a sign stated pool was temporarily closed

pool was inoperable but the manager quickly offered a solution since we had kids who wanted to swim

i would like an upgrade in the breakfast selections.

the staff was very friendly and parking and location were great.

hotel smelled strongly of smoke although there were 'no smoking' signs visible upon entry

oh and the kids could not swim in the pool because the water was too cold

it was clean and the pool was just enough for my kids! great location!

grandkids said pool was cold so didn t swim long

pool water was very cold for an indoor pool. breakfast was not as good as other hampton inns

mini golf overgrown and closed needed cash for pedal boats but didn't know that until u went all the way

bed was comfy and rooms were spacious and clean. nice kitchen and good price .

no laundry facilities and breakfast area is small. the beds weren t very comfortable.
