family with 2 kids 13 & 16 we really enjoyed out stay

very conveniently located. well maintained (they were painting and doing the parking lot).

the hotel offers you the possibility to do your own laundry, it does not offer a laundry service

the rooms, the breakfast, and the parking were excellent

heat was not working, there was no soap in the room, and the halls were lined with bags of dirty laundry and

their laundry is not self-service, but a dry cleaning service

travelling with 3 young kids and was lead to believe rooms would be adjoining (they were across the corridor)

were 2 kids basketball teams staying there and they were running around on the landing above our family

5 service charge for room service, meals are queit expensive as it was

spa was not of a high standard and the leisure facilities was minimal to say the least and in no

disappointed that the golf club restaurant was closed

loved the fact they had a laundry facility i could use to wash our clothes.

shame that the washing machine didn't work because we really needed to do laundry

overflowing laundry baskets full of dirty towels, toilet paper soggy on the soaking wet floors, thick with hair

they even did our laundry without charge and had it back in hours
