i had asked for a room in a quiet location in the hotel as i had two kids with me and was given a room right

centre was lovely for the kids but my husband got frustrated as they were moved around to make room for various

bed very comfortable, staff fantastic, carvery everyday was brilliant for kids

heat was not working, there was no soap in the room, and the halls were lined with bags of dirty laundry and

their laundry is not self-service, but a dry cleaning service

breakfast was very handy upon departure, very convenient, coffee was very nice

unfortunately i didn t have wifi.

from checking in to checking out and everything inbetween, great staff, bar food and breakfast and rooms

ordered room service on the same day i got my very expensive laundry done

facilities are very average - small gym and dipping pool. no sauna, steam room or hot tub
