the room smelled awful like soured laundry

i arrived late and appreciated that the parking lot was extremely well-lit

the hallway floors were unswept with dirty laundry on the floor

to the hotel manager that we had nowhere else to go to since our truck was frozen to the parking lot

the parking for our truck and boat was more than sufficient

it's a great hotel all the way around good people,clean room and great,breakfast

the guest laundry required quarters front desk said they could not help me that i should go down the

plenty of parking options, elevators were close to the entrance, free breakfast, friendly staff.

we had 3 kids who had been in a car all day who wanted to swim

parking lot kinda small!

the laundry and the east ti deal with. staff and the fact that they were not credit

my non smoking room smelled like cigarette smoke when i checked in

motor broken, dirty shower curtain bottom, tub drained slow, cigarette burns in blanket in no smoking room,

i was happy with the location, pet-friendly, clean, & no carpet.

every floor has easy to get to, working ice machines and the laundry was right off the elevator

and checking out at 6am so i feel the staff should have ability to give money back if vending or laundry takes

food truck had not made its delivery so there was no breakfast available

each morning breakfast was good

plenty of choices for kids as well

there was a shortage of pool towels

the kitchen was closed

hotel was easy to find with plenty of parking

slow wifi

there was not enough kitchen staff in the restaurant and we had to eat else where.

comfy bed and pillows. nice size room. nice size bathroom. and they serve a hot breakfast.

breakfast was horrible, they ran out of food and it ended early.

great location. clean . price is fair.. full breakfast was great.

hotels do not have laundry on site so this isn t a complaint

loved the swimming pool & fire pit outside

prices change to often for this hotel. bar closes to early but a great location to downtown

big pet peeve of mine is when garbage bags are not put in properly- see pictures- cans should not have

i'd highly recommend the hotel bar and appetizers

best staff, location, excellent bar and food at hotel and around the hotel.

the restaurants and room service closed due to covid. no makeup mirror in bathroom.

it would be great to have had the bar restaurant open, especially for sunday or saturday brunch

rooms didn t have a coffee pot, no ironing board or iron, no laundry bag

alley /movie theater clientele behind the hotel was lingering in parking lot of hotel and a bit scary, police

the 24hr gym and access to coffee was a plus

indoor pool, gym and laundry facilities all good

fact we came early for the kids to use the pool and it was closed with no mention of it on the website or the

surprise $100 pet fee

breakfast was fresh, hot and delicious.
