didn t have laundry facilities or an iron

it would be great to have had the bar restaurant open, especially for sunday or saturday brunch

ordered breakfast (room service) for three people on the card provided in the room

the restaurants and room service closed due to covid. no makeup mirror in bathroom.

hotels do not have laundry on site so this isn t a complaint

i think they needed a few more food options for families with kids

bar closed at 10 pm this is a college town we had just dropped our kids off and move them in

a/c was loud. walls thin with a lot of noise from traffic and hallway. wifi was slow.

rooms are huge with all of the amenties you expect plus a very nice kitchen

fact that there was limited parking was sorta a problem

rooms didn t have a coffee pot, no ironing board or iron, no laundry bag

very clean, excellent breakfast, great location to ole miss, and excellent staff

breakfast was great! i made a mess in the microwave and the gentleman was so nice about it!!

i also like the space for parking on the ground

to the college we were touring, but not right on the square so parking was easy, quiet stay

best i have seen in a hotel in several years they were all wonderful friendly and very curtious pool was nice

the last morning, there was bags of trash and beer cans laying in common areas of the stairs and laundry room

wouldn't have loved windows facing the parking lot downstairs

every floor has easy to get to, working ice machines and the laundry was right off the elevator

and checking out at 6am so i feel the staff should have ability to give money back if vending or laundry takes

the pool was closed due to needing to be cleaned from the night before.

it's sad when parents leave their kids unattended we had to wait on 4 girls who were probably 11 or 12 and just

the laundry and the east ti deal with. staff and the fact that they were not credit

parking spaces were laid out oddly

i was happy with the location, pet-friendly, clean, & no carpet.

the hallway floors were unswept with dirty laundry on the floor

were construction workers there that stayed up late in the parking lot drinking both nights we were there

the guest laundry required quarters front desk said they could not help me that i should go down the

parking lot next door to burger king was dirty looking from burger king not the hotel but still it

i didn't like there were no towels at the pool but overall it was ok

there was a grab bar in the tub/shower

was very nice, clean and the restaurant and bar being in the same building made for a very nice evening
