people laundry baskets were left in hallway and half of rooms door were open

the hotel allows pets for a fee but not a lot of area for pets to relieve themselves

the staff was kind. the pool was fun and warm. the breakfast was delicious. the beds adequate.

the room was huge! pool was real nice. not far from kings dominion the reason for our stay!

plenty of open spaces in the parking lot for my late arrival, despite the hotel being pretty full

my room was ground floor beside the elevators directly across from their main laundry , ice machine& vending

it was small!!! the pool, gym, and breakfast area was small!

was no top sheet on the bed, the tv didn't work, there was no light in the parking lot, i could see light coming

gave us a smoking room and only full beds instead of queen beds for 1 room

when i went to the front desk, they said all the towels were in the laundry and it would be another 1-2 hours

when i requested additional towels, i was told that i needed to bring my dirty towels to the laundry room and

close to the park, nice grounds and surrounding area, the upkeep of the pool and bbq area.

clean in lobby, smelt like a pool but it was the laundry facilities near front desk.

the guest laundry washing machine was out of order. the room door was difficult to latch.

there were grass areas around the outside of the parking lot for us to walk

the hotel was decent nice ,comfy beds, microwave, fridge, tv, and wifi all were top notch

pet friendly. like location. my son graduated from randolph macon and we love the area

we only stayed because it was pet friendly

we loved this hotel, the kids played in the pool and we have a nice rest of our weekend here.

i really like parking at my room door

old musty rooms. bar next door took all the parking. loud music, fights outside all night.

i arrived at the property at 2:25pm to an empty, worn, abandoned parking lot

there was no wifi, no cable

the room was basically as expected but access to viable wifi was unacceptable.
