informed dryer was broken when asked where laundry room was

stayed 4 days and used all of there facilities like the laundry, ice machines and etc everything was working

in a unit above the laundry room where the floor trembled when the machines were in use

it even though it was listed in my room reservation the security lock on the door was broken kids running

banging, yelling, cussing, laughing ect that occured from several people outside my door in the parking lot from
