the laundry room was very dark and only one washer and dryer were in service and the dryer not working

snowy, carpet was dingy, the windows couldn't be opened because the screens were all broken, the laundry facilities

also the laundry machines were broken, and we were told they are not planning on repairing them

we did notice there was a laundry onsite, although we did not use it- that is always a good amenity

laundry room was filthy, didn't want to do laundry there.

future guests, i d recommend choosing a room a bit farther from the office, ice maker, and laundry (maybe the

marked parking spot was taken so we had to take some else's spot

too much when i requested clean wash cloths and hand towels that she had to go procure, as the laundry basket

we requested towels and the first day we we dat we had no room service no one came to make up the room

halls smelled, really strong like men's cologne, especially near the laundry area

you can wash and dry your laundry for free, the pool is fine (water is warm), it's quiet and close to everything
