we do enjoy having a kitchenette and laundry for week stay

arbor pool area (the largest outdoor pool) was nasty

gym was not very well equipped . jacuzzi jets were out of control.

pickle ball courts and golf were fun

the entire property is very nice and well organized with constant shuttles

also liked having laundry facilities since we had been in massachusetts for over a week

clean, efficient, large room, affordable, close to amenities, laundry was great to have.

for example, an area to do laundry, and fire pits if you wanted a bbq, and a handicap entrance to the pool

well maintained, great location, nice staff, appreciate the ease of check in/out, ice machine and laundry

would have been helpful for the laundry room to have a change machine and vending machine for laundry detergent

resort was sparkling clean, accommodating & flexible with our requests (we asked for laundry to be open later

room wasn t ready just yet peter provided a number of suggestions - from having lunch at the pool or going

parking spaces are assigned close to the rooms

the laundry room was very dark and only one washer and dryer were in service and the dryer not working

shower curtain rod avails additional space, and there is a pull-out clothes line over the tub for laundry or

by draping towels and/or suits over their cabin chairs to dry in the sun instead of using the laundry facilities

too much when i requested clean wash cloths and hand towels that she had to go procure, as the laundry basket

had dinner via take out one night, walked to the sand bar for one meal as well

i went in march on a cold weekend so room was a little chilly even with fireplace.

i knew it was the wifi

everything's was as expected. i always enjoy the pool and the location is perfect

kids were screaming in the pool after10pm and people were drinking and shouting even after 230am

we needed early check in to dress for a memorial service we were attending that day

the wifi was beyond poor

weird smell wifi was not strong

snowy, carpet was dingy, the windows couldn't be opened because the screens were all broken, the laundry facilities

also the laundry machines were broken, and we were told they are not planning on repairing them

no change machine for vending laundry

laundry trucks and staff noisy couldn't sleep after 7am

wifi didn t work

wifi is very slow, on several occasions there were not any clean towels at the pools, when the

parking could be a little better. wish the spa offered manicures and pedicures.

i wish the outdoor bar was open a little longer.

too many people on same wifi signal not good

the servers at the pub forget you as they are focused on the bar so if you eat at the pub, expect slow and poor

we did notice there was a laundry onsite, although we did not use it- that is always a good amenity

future guests, i d recommend choosing a room a bit farther from the office, ice maker, and laundry (maybe the

marked parking spot was taken so we had to take some else's spot

at which beach parking was free)

great location and staff were helpful. good supportive facilities eg laundry

brand new free laundry, beach chairs and towels satisfactory breakfast public halls could do with an

impressive cleanliness in the room and guest laundry machine access was a nice touch
