location and facilities in the property plenty of space specifically for families with kids

plenty of parking and the noise wasn't too bad, considering the proximity to the road

spacious, bright and warm property with plenty of parking space.

allowed early check in and were very helpful and uncomplicated

the lamb at the sunday carvery was delicious as was breakfast with all its choices

would hope that it would have been toned down had my wife and kids been in there with me, but get the feeling

the staff were very friendly, the hotel was ideal for us as an older couple (kids now old enough to leave)

fi band width is not good & every time we need to go the bar or the reception which is little in convenient

they made some sandwiches for us as we arrived after the kitchen closed and those was just great

pool is small and changing facilities are limited.

dirty room, other people s laundry left in the room, fire alarm set off by someone at 6am

staff refused to let me leave a bag of clothes at reception for collection by laundry service

customer service skills, had to walk through a back alley stairwell outside and through the staff laundry room

resorting to use the stairs which took you through laundry stores into unpleasant back areas of the hotel

- finally, although it isn't a cheap feature, it would have been made better if there had been a laundry service
