the use of the spa was a great addition to our stay and they welcomed the kids in the pool too

14th february for valentines night which was a friday and next day was a saturday and missed breakfast because

very noisy due to live entertainment on the street, then noisy drunken kids

management should not rely on kids

no fridge, breakfast or guest laundry, which wasn t a big deal for us

i did worry when we drove down a residential street but there was parking around the back and the hotel is

very polite... a clean and quiet and peaceful place. parking was easy.

to walk out the room and see laundry piled up against a wall from at least 5 rooms outside the elevator area

we ate a great italian cafe down the street, and had our laundry done at a facility the staff recommended

the area to the lifts was blocked with bin bags and laundry baskets

had two separate rooms, it would have been better as a family with two kids to stay in a room next to each other

like to see a green policy on laundry and an upgrade to the shower system as depending on room water can be a

dirty laundry outside room and in the corridors
