there was no washing powder in the laundry room and it hadn t been replenished for several

i was doing laundry and the washing machine kept eating my quarters and brian had to come down with me several

during covid so unable to comment on pool, gym or hot breakfast, but the grab and go was great for to go food

the spa is nice but i was extremely annoyed to find a surcharge added to bills that didn t go

not sure if it was just a bad laundry day or what but what is up with that

the golf clubhouse was turned into a nordic ski station with rental possibilities for nordic ski, big

there are a few great restaurants in the hotel and there is room service, but it s all pricey

lots of history and beautiful spanish rennaissance architecture

well maintained outdoor seating for dining great views and comfortable gondola ride fun and great bar at top

they had a place to do your laundry on site

location, clean room, did our laundry here while we ate across the street, and comfy bed

we also appreciated having access to the on-site laundry room

we had an issue getting the washer to work for our laundry, and they got it fixed very quickly
