housekeeping equipment and dirty laundry still in the hallways at 5pm when

laundry machine downstairs not working

i was doing laundry and the washing machine kept eating my quarters and brian had to come down with me several

we even had the pool all to ourselves when we went

the sink in the kitchen is not even working

staff were excellent. m great heated pool laundry and gym good an adequate breakfast.

the bretton arms inn is much better for couples than the main hotel because it's quieter (less kids), and you

no microwave in room would have been nice to have a wood burning fireplace parking was limited

that and the outdoor pool was closed

there was no washing powder in the laundry room and it hadn t been replenished for several

i little icy around the stairs to the hot tub. some rubber bar mats would help

we saw the mountains and the lake but also the parking lot and utility equipment

i loved the electric fireplace in the room as well as the balcony

there was resurfacing being done on the parking lot but that in no way interfered with our great time

wished that they had a laundry room on sight so you could dry your clothes after going to the pool

there was laundry on site and my kids and myself loved the game room

i appreciated that there was a laundry facility on site

s very clean friendly courteous it had different things to do no problem with parking close to thing to do

wifi connections was not working throughout our stay.

as many times as we can get away from the hustle and bustle of an over housed apartment and my 3 kids

we didn't use the outdoor pool but the kids did have

the hotel also has a pickle-ball room, a breakfast cafe, a bar/restaurant and a laundry - this latter being

wifi weak- no facilitation with usb ports

the location is great. wonderful pool and hot tubs. the playground was fun for the kids.

love the fully stocked cabinets full kitchen best part the room comes with a fan

having a kitchen in our room was extremely helpful. we really enjoyed breakfast as well.
