so i had to spend hours of my time at a laundymat and 15 dollars when i expected to get my laundry done while

after letting staff know that my wife had soiled the bed, i procured new sheets from the laundry and made the

kids running up and down the hallways banging on the walls till 930 at night

breakfast was a great selection and worth the money for your stay. rooms were clean.

i didn't get to the gym and pool because i was thoroughly enjoying my television and bed

i suspect the hair did not come out in the laundry

it was close to the trail (about 5 mins down the road) and had laundry available for her

booked this hotel for family getaway but my kids was unable to use the swimming pool and room wasn't clean daily

sure when it's going to come in at all so that sucked we did get to go into the pool with our kids

person working in the breakfast area was very rude she stood in front of the food area so we had to get around

we got to do the laundry which was great

seemed old, couldn't do my laundry as the dryer was faulty and my bathroom was licking water to the other

staff was pleasant and kind; gym pretty good; the spinach-egg crustless quiche

i didn't like the work on the parking lot, but it was understandable and not that inconvenient.

off the i90 was great, with cracker barrel and denny's next door, made for easy stop off with kids

i needed to use the laundry, they really need to put in a change machine that changes dollar bills into quarters

front desk doesn't have a sufficient amount of quarters for the on site laundry

i was given towels which i offered to take to laundry room but was told i couldn't take and that they would

asked front desk person, upon arrival if the pool was open

my daughter and i enjoyed the heated, in-door pool and all those extra towels

people were siting next to my room door smoking and laughing with loud music

like nothing at this hotel it was awful there were people smoking marijuana next to my room did not feel safe

asked for a non-smoking room and got a smoking one

first room was a smoking room,half the lights didnt work and shower didnt work either

was super dirty, sketchy, damaged, and was a smoking room complete with burn holes in the bedding
