dirty laundry all over the stairwell, coffee stains all over the wall, chipped bath, flickering lights in

laundry bag was left propping open room door when we checked in and only one coffee cup in the room

the laundry service was also very irregular - it's outsourced and takes a day or two to come back, with

a big black hair on it, the walls and halls were either mouldy or just falling apart, the office/laundry rooms

we have stayed before, always have the king suite, pool etc added bonus, pool can get full at certain times

receptionist said that room wasn't above the laundry so no reason

the host allowed us to use his laundry facilities which were not part of the deal but were extremely thankful

furthermore, there's also the option of using the laundry service, a real plus

they also had a spa, gym and pool which we would have used if we'd had more time
