staff were very friendly and helpful and having laundry facilities was a great bonus

room 115 was quite close to the laundry room which every morning around 6

little dirty laundry from the previous guests however the issue was quickly resolved and with good manners as

allowed us an early check in. all of the staff were very professional

wifi should have passwords on them even the guest ones (this is just being harsh but otherwise a

wifi was not working no one picked up the phone on contact number provided washroom sink was

no daily room cleaning tv no remote poor wifi coverage in room

swimming pool spa did not allow children.

was good just outside the town centre, the room, bathroom and kitchen were immaculate and the bottle of wine

welcome pack (prosecco and biscuits) to supplement coffee and tea in smart, well equipped, kitchen

we loved lots to do for kids around the area aswell family friendly

in terms of maintenance, the kitchen tap was loose and there was no water running through it

was kept awake most of the night by the incessant sound from the laundry

the laundry service was also very irregular - it's outsourced and takes a day or two to come back, with

dirty laundry all over the stairwell, coffee stains all over the wall, chipped bath, flickering lights in

laundry bag was left propping open room door when we checked in and only one coffee cup in the room

a big black hair on it, the walls and halls were either mouldy or just falling apart, the office/laundry rooms

wifi didn t work properly, the password provided in the manual didn t work

arrival to room 218 a (deluxe suite) which was expensive, there was dirty laundry sitting on the floor when we

didn't manage the spa this visit but hope to visit again soon

the property is perfectly located right in the middle of everything we did (golf course, cathedral and castle

a short distance from the old course and thankfully found a parking space

as we didn't see or hear from anybody, the only thing we had to encounter were the bags of dirty laundry and

bit noisy from bar but to be expected. lack of parking

service from the owner was first class, bar was excellent.

staff were lovely,bed comfy ,view excellent overall had a great stay boy on bar did well

wifi in our rooms was minimal, had to go downstairs to the pub to be connected.
