cleaning staff piled dirty laundry in hallways, and next to the sitting area for the breakfast

the entire floor had a strange chemical smell (probably due to the guest laundry being on that

dirty laundry balled up and kept on the floor in the hallways

they offered free treats for the kids and made the morning much easier with the hot breakfast
