we only stayed one night so didn't use the swimming pool but will make sure we do if we stay again

pool was closed all day, and the gym is not very well equipped

was given a wifi code but it wouldn't work sufficiently,neither of us could log on

perfect location, great parking and the hotel was modern but in keeping with the build

they used the area outside our room as a short cut to the laundry room

treatment was good and all of the staff, breakfast was exceptional, location serene, hydro hot pool, swimming

of the hotel is under refurbishment no wifi at the moment it was clean it was nice to see the old building been

comfortable,straight onto the beach,loved the full english breakfast had room service very good

this hotel has a superb location right on the beach, near the golf course and within walking distance of

they also did not provide laundry services and directed us to go to town and use the public launderette

stayed for 3 nights as we were attending the british open golf at hoylake 27miles away

the location was ideal for holywell golf club

spa was fantastic, i had 2 treatments which were very good, and the gym was modern with plenty of choice

spacious rooms, with a lovely restaurant serving delicious english breakfast and supported by very

very central easy to find, convenient parking attached

wifi didn't work on any of the user names but good 4g signal.

family owned hotel set in the countryside with good transport links and ample free parking

and the car park was safe, the staff were very accommodating when we asked about security of parking them

spa felt a little tired and the refreshments were very expensive and not very imaginative / healthy

totally unlike the grand at scarborough, where the foyer bar closed early at 10:50pm,

our latest stay this weekend with family was charged 20 per night for one small dog, then told pets are not

girl on bar with black hair nice person and women on checking in nice person

s no allocated parking but it s advertised a lot on their page so you can plan ahead

staff was helpful welcoming and very nice very lovely towards our pet dog pet friendly
