were not helpful at check in & made me wait right up to 3pm for checking in with 2 small kids

hotel needs up grading .lots of kids hanging around the hall leading to the bedrooms

staff were very helpful and allowed for early check in to accommodate us

parking has deteriorated due to a new layout with the new location poorly signed and

price of the cottages was quite expensive, i thought this effort of bed stripping and placing in laundry bags

with the enclosed parking area right in front of the hotel registration, the welcome from the office staff, to

they are absolutely ok with your kids sleeping in their lobby chairs from 11:30am and abide by their strict �

didn t measure up to the photos - left room service breakfast card out and it wasn t picked up - which means

wifi was slow at times.

only thing that was misleading was the rooftop bar area

kids were running riot around the hotel, one nearly knocked my elderly father over, although not

great as its so close to town, breakfast was good although the last morning had to repeatedly ask for toast,

great spa and facilities. lovely area to walk around also and comfortable bed.

sorted in my room, wifi excellent, i chose the pool as time was against me, the facilities in the spa are top

and when i came back from breakfast there were two cold bottles waiting outside my door

kitchen: no dish soap or laundry detergent

our bikes were stored overnight in the dirty laundry store

i'm gluten intolerant and the staff were excellent in providing me with alternative breakfast

bar didn’t allow kids in it after 9pm so unfortunately it was an early night if you have kids under 16

i liked that had kitchen to cook in, comfortable beds

laundry was only 10

i brought a bike, which they kindly stored in the laundry for me

gent both he and all the staff in the bistro where the food and atmosphere were exceptional, the bar staff aaron

was so peaceful beautiful well kept gardend and golf course and beautiful views of lough sheelin just

i was looking forward to a relaxing chill night away from the kids

wifi was available in all areas which was a bonus as booking

wasn't much for he kids to do (as far as i could see) but since that wasn't the purpose of our visit it wasn't

wifi quality is very good in rooms so you will have no probs getting on netflix or if you need to

quite, easy access, parking, bar staff friendly

had dinner in bar which was fab

there was also no airer to dry laundry, just the small radiators

laundry service is very expensive, i would suggest adding a laundry room for hotel guests food in

the wifi was really bad

on friday 26th april close to the equestrian centre distance wise and plenty parking available

quads resistance on the multi-gym is broken so if nobody else has mentioned it to you, you may not be aware of

we ate in the bar and the food was delicious as was our breakfast every morning

room the door was like listening through cardboard, laundry room across from our bedroom door and could hear

definitely recommend for family with kids

at the swimming pool/gym kept changing the rules regarding kids age 10 attending the pool without a parent

lovely room. well maintained spa facilities. quick and excellent service at the atrium bar.

parking can be very full with the leisure facilities

they have an express laundry service - totally worth it for someone who doesn't want to spend hours in a

i would recommend not to bring kids as there was nothing for them to do

the facilities at the pool were top notch and the room was

food we got from room service was so so good

the seated area by the floor to ceiling window overlooking the golf course and the beautiful backdrop of the

theres so much more to do than just staying at a hotel- pool/sauna, 3 restaurants/bars, golf, mini golf and

staff were all exceptional, but special mention to anne in the golf

hotel was amazing for families. my kids are 7 & 11 and had a ballud83dude0a
