even though had cameras refused to do anything about people touching other people's laundry

floors were dirty, electricity in gym kept glitching and going out, two machines in gym were not

in adjacent room had kids who made noise and what sounded like a puppy that whined loud enough to wake us up

too many people just hanging out in the parking lot all hours of the night sometimes being excessively loud and
