we both had massages at their spa which were very

shower curtain was moldy . no wifi, no breakfast.

did have breakfast in the lobby and it was perfect with plenty to choose from both kids and adults

this is a spa resort it needed : bigger gym

wish there had been a warm breakfast and laundry facilities.

no room service. one elevator was broken. crowded- busy front loop.

the gym was pretty minimally equipped

we were in room 323. it was noisy in the morning-garbage truck or laundry truck, etc.

there is a laundry room available that takes credit cards, this was handy

still rehabbing so fitness room wasn t available nor laundry facilities

liked having laundry facilities on site but only 1 washer wasn't great as i had to come back to do other loads

cleanliness of the stations was not great, but to be fair it was very busy with guests and kids

maybe also offer yogurts on the cold bar and some sort of breakfast potatoes on the hot bar

their way to get late night milk for my child, forgotten toothpaste and tooth brush and coins for laundry

laundry machines were expensive and didn t dry clothes all the way

charged me half day because i was late check out by 10 minutes without informing me i discovered this penalty

had good ample parking

other guest were putting their trash in public areas like the elevator and the guest laundry because no one

no fault of the hotel but the lack of amenities that were open such as the gym and pool.
