on way to out lodge there was bags of laundry on path for days. it was unsightly

has pool, playground and hike with great views

spacious private suite with kitchenette. good breakfast

tv signal was a bit iffy but wifi perfect

the free room service was a big plus

kids running around dining area , very noisy , dangerous too

hotel complex, i stayed at a new built side with all comfort available incl gym, lots of free parking space,

next time i hope to stay longer and try out the gym it looks amazing

the bar was a typical irish tavern experience great stuff good prices and a good selection of beers,

limited room service offering if arriving late

we especially enjoyed the sauna, pool, and laundry facilities

it seems the main parking lot is also a loading dock and where all the dirty laundry is stored, which is a

loved that it was close to the university and that a late check out was not a problem.

excellent hotel...we will definitely recommend it. pet friendly also.

family room lovely and spacious. kids really enjoyed swimming pool

the room and the bed were really good and being able to get my laundry sent out was a huge help

parking was also an added bonus

hotel is clean and tidy and in a very good location with easy access and ample free parking

were not offered wifi upon arrival. could not find spa. room service did not work.

the car parking is all very close to the main hotel entrance and so it was easy to move our luggage into

used towels on the floor near the over flowing laundry bin and hair on the floor near the changing lockers on

staff were a credit to themselves and the hotel from receptionist to the breakfast manager and bar staff

the swimming pool was fantastic the kids had a ball could t get the out of there the slide was the best fun

center was excellent - although like the others on my trip, the swimming pool was designed for a spa experience

when it was time to have a desert we were told it was too late and the kitchen was closed

wanted to get few snacks for when we were watching the match by the bar, just a small nibble

we loved the coffee bar and we appretiated the free laundry service

pool and spa very nice, trendy bar and restaurant was top class

facilities are very average - small gym and dipping pool. no sauna, steam room or hot tub

room service next morning was on time and our food was exceptional

the pool is small and the kids weren't too happy but did have the alternative of being allowed to use the

emergency exits blocked by laundry trolleys, not good

hotels amenities were easy to see and take advantage of - i was not sure if there was a bar or laundry service

there is no laundry service on weekends

had 3 incidnents (dirty room/bed linen, no laundry, and a water smelling chlorine)

the kids loved it.

wifi was very weak and room was an unusual distance from front desk

breakfast the following morning was nice and the help yourself buffet style meant we could

up i asked the clown was he telling us to go to bed 4 women of an age between 40 to 84 with the bar close and

was netflix on the tv that would not work with the wifi even tho i rang to ask about it nobody

nice walk to city center and drop off dry cleaner/laundry 2 min away

said it all above the good and not bad but i dud have like to been able to bring kids swimming

woken up late at night by staff loudly knocking and calling several times on another door with room service

just a couple of things to note is laundry facility and a room fridge isn t in the room

dirty glasses, cutlery, and laundry lined the hallway outside our room on ground floor, looked like cleaners

they even did our laundry without charge and had it back in hours

we had our meal in the bar in which the food was great and the staff were friendly

close to laundry, pizza, groceries, etc , not to mention on sight restaurants

we arrived we inquired regarding availability of laundry facilities and were told there was such adjacent to

super place to bring the kids

pancake machine went down a treat with kids.

the toaster at breakfast only did one side of the toast !!!

superb accomodation, friendly staff excellent parking and wonderful facilities

plenty of facilities in our room, the pool was lovely and warm and my baby loved it and we got room service on

kids club was a surprise addition which was

in golf grounds with ample free car parking

with the gym, treadmills were in terrible condition

was too warm and was on same corridor as laundry room

traveller's needs; lovely food, really relaxing attractive spaces, incredibly comfortable beds, a pool and gym

place to stay for a couple maybe but for kids not great eg at breakfast not much choice for kids the one thing

spa experience and tasty food.

we ate in the bar on our first night, it was so good we didn t eat anywhere else
