excellent breakfast , parking in private car park , ideal for my business travels

what i got was a first floor apartment with noise carrying from downstairs and a view of the laundry facilities

and you couldn't get to the main hotel without walking past a car park, past a service area (laundry, etc),

the staff are nice, room service is excellent, and treatments in the spa was amazing

thermal village is top class as is the food & service in gillies bar &

a glass of prosecco in the vitality pool looking out over the river is well worth it in my opinion

we needed our outfits ironed, asked to use their iron, the laundry staff ironed our clothes

china cups etc good parking

breakfast was brilliant. nice clean rooms very quiet and ample parking.

again, we were told to wait another 5 minutes and then we were told there was an issue with the laundry

laundry service seemed to be a bit of a chore, had to ask for bags and then didn't get forms so i

i think their should be a pool and spa and also a lift for older people

room was comfortable however the swing doors to the kitchen disrupted my sleep

plenty of space in superior family room for me and 3 kids, beds comfy

used the laundry service, but my clothes were still quite damp when i opened the laundry bag

staff on reception and in the bar were polite, friendly and helpful

staff went to extra lengths for our comfort by making us sandwiches after room service had finished after we'd

clean hotel staff lovely especially the lady at breakfast on thursday morning

everything excellent from rooms to very friendly staff, especially bar guy with beard.

the breakfast was delicious and generous with variety which catered for all tastes and requirements

the dunsilly bar and grill was excellent, big portions and the hot crispy waffle with honeycomb icecream and

easy access to antrim. clean & spacious room. breakfast was excellent!

my husband and his brother were in ireland for a funeral and i enquired about late check out, the staff said

everything was so clean, breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly and great with kids

hallway outside the rooms we where greeted with plates, glasses empty bottles and bags of dirty laundry

room service was a mixed bag with my partner loving his vegetable soup but the vegetarian panini

reception and bar staff very helpful

our room had lovely views of the spa garden

not enough time to sample the spa & pool, will try for longer next time!

and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate her, which gets top marks in my eyes, happy kids happy mummy

there was a bar and service to the tables and comfortable seating in the lobby area

loved being right in front of the beach. pet friendly drew us to it and they really were.

dog friendly and i have severe allergies but i was delighted to hear that there is designated non pet friendly

more space in the bar needed to sit and have a drink after meal

warm welcome, view of the ocean, close to ballycastle for an excellent meal at the central bar , cozy comfortable

poor wifi connection, so was able to keep away from technology and enjoy more family time visiting

michaela was an outstanding hostess. sheeblven helped us with our laundry!!

only problem was wifi reception which i'm not sure the tavern can do much about in any case.

wernt family friendly refused into the restaurant because we had kids and refused dessert for the kids

was so relaxing and easy with the kids

bathtub is really high, could be a bit of a problem for kids and seniors
