welcomed us in arrival, looked after us if we needed it and makes the most delicious breakfast we ve had in

loved the guests lounge, honesty bar with lovely wine and breakfast

key when prepping, talking loudly when next to the breakfast room and carrying buckets of water; laundry bags;

reasonable bar prices for a hotel and absolutely great staff

they were so good with the kids

location with parking outside and a big ncp over the road if needed

on site parking easy to find good breakfast comfortable room and bed would stay again

we were able to do our laundry too which was a bonus

beds very comfortable and good laundry type facilities, ie iron ironing board etc

closing early on the sunday my kids wanted to use the pool but i was not aware it shut at 2pm we went to lym

residential area as mentioned in other reviews but still has the feel of a country farm, lots of parking space

breakfast was included in the price of our stay which included croissant, juices, fruit, toast teas
