guest laundry was out of order

didn't notice anything that gave you the wifi password

put me close to the door going out to the pet yard

it was close to the main highway great location. handicap parking was close to my room

laundry was available to dry swimsuits after pool time so we could have dry suits the next morning

i was in the laundryroom one day and the coins were stuck and duane helped me out, he was both helpful and

did not get what my offer stated which was a 25 credit at the hotel and also an early check in or late check

great service. convenient parking. room amenities great buffet

my husband and i popped into the bar for a nightcap and felt the prices were rather high.

highly recommend the breakfast service and the wonderful service provided the waitress who gave us and the

roxanne at the bar was a pleasure and nicole at the front desk was the best ever

liked the location, coziness of the whole lower level and the fireplace adds a very nice touch!

were allowed to go in the spa for an hour, but the girl at the front desk of the spa was very rude and curt and

the laundry proved to be very helpful this trip and they provided free detergent

the room, lobby, and surrounding parking lot were clean

we will be back again and joked with the day staff about saving us a parking space

first night we were there the parking lot was full, and had to park across the way in a dirt area that had no

breakfast was lite, cereal, waffles or toast, but juice and coffee were available

our gas fireplace made a noise that was loud, so we didn t use it

the spa experience was amazing too

liked the location and friendliness of the staff and the continental breakfast was good

could use a bigger guest laundry room with a few machines.

breakfast was great we went with 10 family members lots of kids ages 5-13 every one was happy :)

liked that the parking lot extended to both the front and rear of the hotel

as you walk in and throughout, very sketchy house that looks like a condemned building shared parking lot with

gym was very small and did not have equipment for workout

went mountain coaster riding, did the ziplines and enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub

no menu available in the room for room service, and staff advised us to go online where no we could find no

plenty of room for our family and lots of kitchen amenities
