wifi worked in the bar but sporadically in the room

needed anything at reception you needed to walk back and forth from room to recepfion desk, no room service

disabled parking was very difficult and spaces beside hotel door was sealed off.

breakfast was excellent - great views and good parking

breakfast options were varied and portions large

the staff , from reception to the bar , were so nice and so accommodating

was so peaceful beautiful well kept gardend and golf course and beautiful views of lough sheelin just

no wifi in the cottages made it difficult to work in the evening.

we ordered room service and asked specifically for lots of ketchup

at breakfast - could be a bit cleaner - they are tea stained, but i'm being really picky because i

room the door was like listening through cardboard, laundry room across from our bedroom door and could hear

they have an express laundry service - totally worth it for someone who doesn't want to spend hours in a

parking is too far from the hotel- there is a complimentary shuttle service, but when you need to

have ev chargers which is great, but they need to do something about the fools parking in those spaces

my partners 60th and we arranged for family to have a meal there but we ended up eating in the bar and the food

paying at checkin seemed unusual as it made it awkward to add room service

helpful staff, everyone we engaged with could not do enough for us including a very early check in for 5 room

in bedroom didn t work , mix up over breakfast room service that i booked on check in

kids running on the corridor till late night, people talking, slamming doors

there was a fan but the room was very warm with two kids with us too

breakfast was divine in a most quaint dining room and with the attention of excellent staff

the pizza in the bar was too floury the base it had be sent back

there was nothing for the kids to do only walk ect everything was still closed bit disappointed

laundry was only 10

i brought a bike, which they kindly stored in the laundry for me

world of pampering, great food and great staff with great facilities and a brilliant swimming pool

i availed of a spa treatment, and it was everything you could want to unwind and relax

it just seemed to take up space and surely that means much more laundry etc

10 tray charge for room service is very steep when most hotels are between 3 and 7 max - even though

lovely hotel, that lived up to our expectations. the gym was great and a generally great stay

the kids' pool area is quite small. the food was only okay.

the lake was beautiful and they had a kids club which was a great idea for families

was very uncomfortable our room must have been below the laundry room because at 7am all we could hear was a

room was directly below what must have been the laundry room so in the mornings it was really noisy with staff

bar staff were very friendly and nothing was too much bother for them
