kitchen: no dish soap or laundry detergent

our bikes were stored overnight in the dirty laundry store

wifi service quite poor, television service snowey with poor channel selection, horrible lift from

wished the delicious carvery etc was served in the evening too instead of changing to bar meals.

i brought a bike, which they kindly stored in the laundry for me

my kids loved the older style. and breakfast was huge. staff so helpful. no stress or fuss.

a wonderful spa experience with alisa she was wonderful and so gentle and there was no pressure to buy the

pool was absolutely freezing

friendaly staff could not do enough for everyone and also leisure facilities the gym an pool are

a little disappointed with parking but it's a minor problem

hotel d,ont have a car park in saying this i got parking on the street close to hotel its ok park overnight ;it

wifi is totally erratic

we had a little heater added to our room without asking was great for the kids

the 117 bedroom window is literally on the parking lot. the bathroom is quite small and old

we will come back again very soon to play golf as well

lovely comfortable hotel very convenient to headford golf club. food was excellent.

were not helpful at check in & made me wait right up to 3pm for checking in with 2 small kids

they gave me an early check in as child was feeling poorly which ended up us staying in the room the whole time

liked the location, the breakfast, the staff were accomodating and the bar was cozy

food was lovely and available as room service

i went to bring our meal up to the bedroom from the bar to and the barman immediately offered room service and

love this hotel, food in bar is fab and staff are always so friendly
