parking, went into the hotels small carpark which was full, had to park in the neighboring shopping

i used the spa had a full body massage and felt amazing leaving it and very pampered

not have room service but we had breakfast one day and went to the bridge house dining room for dinner our

atmosphere, clean, and the staff at both reception, bar & breakfast were a credit to the hotel, so helpful &

staircase, auditorium is fantastic for kids but also for sports fans

a walk around the hotel grounds and golf course which is lovely but we felt it wasn't signposted clearly enough

it just seemed to take up space and surely that means much more laundry etc

the facilities were very good and outside area is excellent if you got the weather pool and gym ran well during

close and easy parking

bed was very small in room. breakfast was mediocre.

staff made our stay even better, kids loved the pool,bouncing castle and kids club was brilliant

my golfing partner and i arrived to a complimentary, surprise, bottle of prosecco - and i genuinely
