the staff are clearly proud of their hotel (often to be seen cleaning grubby marks off walls from kids or dogs

kids activities books colouring will be enough for kids or something simple

room was above the bar and close to laundry room so could be a bit noisy

parking and for staying guests they should have reserved places

the food on the breakfast menu was delicious however i think £20 is quite expensive

encountered reception, bar and restaurant staff, all were friendly and extremely helpful

unfortunately this door was used for laundry delivery or something, we were woken early and they didn't seem

cleaness, not functioning ac and shower, late housekeeping, clothes failed to be sent for laundry

the fire door was blocked by laundry cages, and after this was reported they was still there sunday and monday

also sadly no room service menu in the room, or i d have ordered for sure

we got room service pizza at home 5am, this might have been the highlight of my entire trip.

although there was a small con with my laundry initially someone forgot to send it to the laundrette this

the leisure facilities and breakfast

the breakfast was very well done and the bar where we had a late meal on christmas eve was beautiful along with

piles of laundry, delivery of bottled water even turned up and was stored in the hallway, temporarily

though, this is more of a couples / single adult kind of place rather than a place to bring kids, in fact i don

due to covid the spa and gym were closed but the hotel itself was still lovely

there was nothing we didn t like. if it had a pool for the kids it would have been 10/10.

are 4 bedrooms for 8 people, i wouldn't like to go with more than one other couple or my own kids as it would

big and light room, nice free spa facilities, lovely food, beautiful location and very easy parking

the breakfast was excellent and catered for whatever you wanted could not recommend this hotel more
