the language from the kitchen was shocking and very off putting when relaxing after a long day

the main problem was the noise, we think our room must have been near the laundry room or boiler room as heard

also the room was above reception so the early morning laundry delivery woke us up on both mornings

although the gym was adequate, no instructions on how to switch the machines on or the tv

was an excellent restaurant we did find that most of the main meals were not to our liking & also bar 67 was

a dog room which there was an additional charge for what we got there i accept that we ve got a pet but we

was situated overlooking the kitchen vents so noisy early in the morning
