room at a great price nice welcome from a friendly receptionist gym pretty good for a

parking is nice and easy - although sometimes a little limited on spaces

even when i was ill on the last day the staff were friendly and helpful to my kids at breakfast

a huge breakfast fan so asked for scrambled egg and some toast

there was laundry and plates left in the corridor of the hotel and it was there for 24 hours.

wifi wasn t provided too

the spa treatment was brilliant

no information regarding free wifi/ room service or bar opening and closing times

parking atvthe hotel was great

stench in the bathrooms bed a bit too soft noise made by laundry staff picking up dirty laundry just outside

going from the reception to the bar there is a dip in floor levels at one point

great breakfast bar meals quite cheap staff friendly. a lovely stay.will be booking again

choice of meals in the evening (five nights of the week) for room service was poor - it is better to have

bar open downstairs where we had a pint each and ordered a pizza and chips

the extra bed we had for kids could be more comfortable

place and is just perfect for a getaway, having a walk around rushton hall and enjoying the spa facilities plus

the hotel laundry and towels were clean, the decor and carpet could do with a clean and revamp

wifi in all areas but blocked from using it for calls dinner was good is you like burgers or steak

the tv mains outlet box did not have a face plate on covering the wires ( kids hight too ) but the main problem
