the room was nice and we had a fridge and mini kitchen.

not good when you travel with a pet

the spa tub was very nice and very large. the king size bed was comfortable.

the spa tub was just what i needed.

the pool and gym area were clean as was the laundry room

the spa experience was amazing too

could have been a little better regarding activities, check-in/check-out procedures, and spa packages

loved the construction and woodwork. weather was lousy but the fireplace took out the chill.

use of the pool was limited to a spa package. use of a pool should be standard at any resort.

guest laundry was out of order

parking was close to front entrance with disability signs on the ground and on poles

do to construction on property, parking was not good for handicapped people.
