guest laundry was out of order

didn't notice anything that gave you the wifi password

put me close to the door going out to the pet yard

it was close to the main highway great location. handicap parking was close to my room

laundry was available to dry swimsuits after pool time so we could have dry suits the next morning

i was in the laundryroom one day and the coins were stuck and duane helped me out, he was both helpful and

did not get what my offer stated which was a 25 credit at the hotel and also an early check in or late check

great service. convenient parking. room amenities great buffet

my husband and i popped into the bar for a nightcap and felt the prices were rather high.

highly recommend the breakfast service and the wonderful service provided the waitress who gave us and the

roxanne at the bar was a pleasure and nicole at the front desk was the best ever

not provided as agreed with reception gas, electricity and water switches/valves are worn out no laundry service

the bar tender was very busy that night and this is likely why he didn't clarify it for us

the spa services were all booked in advance

i couldn't get room service or any food past 6 on christmas when we we're told we could when

spa was exceptional.

really isn't a bed and breakfast as breakfast was not served

very clear instructions regarding access to the property and use of the kitchen ,wifi and all the amenities

were allowed to go in the spa for an hour, but the girl at the front desk of the spa was very rude and curt and

the laundry proved to be very helpful this trip and they provided free detergent

first night we were there the parking lot was full, and had to park across the way in a dirt area that had no

spa tub jets broken and tub dirty

staff, reasonable price for area and what you get in the way of simple facilities, good wifi, good size room

room was smelly like pet urine and nasty floor

the spa tub was very nice and very large. the king size bed was comfortable.

loved the decor and layout of the space. kids loved the water park. rooms were very quiet.
