the bar was well stocked and run by very friendly staff

it has a bar and food and pool table. staff are very nice. great location in newark.

would have been good to have bar snacks before 6pm, even if just cold snacks

the noise from the laundry room

room (250) is located above the laundry so when the laundry opened at about 6am there was quite a noise

noise at 5.45 from local firm delivering laundry. noisy housekeeping early in the morning.

the food and rooms are a1 and, they ve fixed the wifi. !

always like to stay there the bar is good and the food is good and the staff are very nice it is also near the

needed attention no room service on the second day so bed not made, tea,coffee and milk not replenished

wifi kept dropping out on my phone for some reason, rooms could do with an update, few cobwebs here

had to leave window open - but constantly woken by lorries on nearby bypass, as well as the 5am laundry van

it was a false alarm and standing out in the cold for 20 mins in cold, wet weather and when the kids had no

facilities were full of kids splashing about, gave up after 20 mins had an adjoining room but wasn t sharing

i was particularly impressed by being allowed to store my push bike in the laundry room over night, although,

room service was tasty and not overpriced

gym was less equipped than i thought corridors noisy when people returned back to rooms and in the

checked in late and the restaurant had closed no room service offered had to go out to find somewere to eat

my room was next to a fire door which was quite noisy when people came to bed and the laundry room which maids

water pressure was bad so took 40 minutes to fill the corner bath in the suite, parking limited, spa was in

lovely and food was brilliant house is great and grounds are beautiful good facilities such as spa and swimming

very attentive staff, clean pool and leisure area. fabulous dinner. stunning grounds.
