pool to relax in

sometimes wifi is slow.

the wifi is exceptional anywhere i have traveled throughout europe, etc

they offered to help translate and arranged an early breakfast

breakfast was delicious

they did allow late check out for a few which i appreciate

first, there is everything you need to relax (pools, bar, restaurant, laundry service, great rooms and great

relaxing, comfortable and pool facilities

we also liked the breakfast and recommend the avocado toast

luis is great host stunning swimming pool great food beautiful beach

hotel is expensive for the service provided the bar and restaurant are also expensive no breakfast included fees

in the room, chewing gum in the the bed, dirty clothes after laundry and trash from old guests under the bed

they can also arrange transfers back to antigua and guatemala and provide a laundry service

be nice if they had desserts and ice-cream in the menu :) they also have super nice pool there but after i saw

a swimming pool is a nice thing to have if you have kids because the waves in the ocean are high and dangerous

wifi was crappy

fridge, hot water, ac, and extras ( laundry, massage, horseback riding, 4 wheel beach motorcyles)

pools and landscaping were quite appealing as were the design of the open air bar and restaurant

if you stay there on a week day, the hotel is pretty empty and you can enjoy the different pools (there are 4

broken tiles (pool, kitchen), damaged pool railings, and visible disrepair throughout

family loved the private area and bungalow/villa with pool, beach views, staff and restaurant

the turtle pool was always clean and the water was warm!

didnt provide a reciept, therefore they are not paying taxes and refused to give it to me, poor wifi, room was
