glad they had self service laundry

dryer was not in operation, so couldn't do laundry

no laundry facilities, if you want to do that, so plan accordingly

overnight front desk agent did not have quarters for the laundry so i had to go next door to the gas station

no elevator...had to use stairs to use laundry facilities

when asked front desk for soap, girl only gave one small little bar of soap for my husband and i

liked the big confrence area, the coffee and bar in the lobby

everything!! hot tub pool food and the staff was so sweet to me and my babies

is not w/c accessable, however they did have a lift in pool room to use if you had 2

desk and the restaurant did not work therefore i had to walk down to the restaurant to order room service

the policy of providing room service after 2 days of stay

someone hit my rental car during the night in the parking lot, but that's not the hotel's fault

the rooms were comfortable. there was onsite laundry.

the on site laundry was good, a bonus as we are travelling for a while.

this was our first trip to a hotel with our dog and the outdoor space was perfectly pet friendly

no restaurant on site no outdoor pool

although listed as pet friendly the cleaning fee ($100) was unexpected!

the breakfast used to be really good and since covid it's only a grab and go but with many options

the staff was very helpful and pleasant. hotel very clean. pool area was perfect.
