website said that the pool area was open 24 hours but it close at 11 pm which was disappointing

when asked front desk for soap, girl only gave one small little bar of soap for my husband and i

desk and the restaurant did not work therefore i had to walk down to the restaurant to order room service

someone hit my rental car during the night in the parking lot, but that's not the hotel's fault

me and my kids walked into the hotel the gentleman with a ponytail and glasses was very standoffish and rude

made easy for eating in the room rather than having to eat out every night so much easier with kids

the room was large,with a beautiful full kitchen (which we weren't going to use

there were many families in the hotel with kids for a sporting event
