we also used the laundry service but that was just briefly mentioned at checkin

reasonable prices to get laundry or drinks at the bar

we appreciated the laundry service, the ability to have massages in our suite from their 3rd party providers

we also got our laundry done there which was great and reasonably priced

only 2 staff members seemed to know about the laundry service, so make sure to train them on this knowledge
