homely place,, breakfast was amazing,, and i'm very fussy,, the owners were lovely,, will be back

the beds were very comfortable the breakfast was excellent - a lot to choose from and beautifully done the

location is great for richmond town breakfast very good and tasty the room very nice and clean very friendly

the breakfast was delicious and our host david was so kind and looked after us well

clean, comfortable decent size bed and ev chargers close by

clean room, gorgeous bed, shower, bath, laundry service. food and drinks. all were brilliant.

hotel was in an excellent location. there was free parking provided.

we stayed in the family suite which had a separate twin room for our kids

so felt a little silly as we were not prepared and got room service instead

the kitchen table and high stools were not user friendly - esp for older folk

offering no children s food on the room service menu, we again pleaded with the receptionist to double check

was large and bed comfy , staff cant do enough for you spa is free to use and no need to book, pool was great

window next to laundry trollies so got woken up both mornings

another issue was my laundry that was basically forgotten for a day

was an awful smell in the reception area possibly from the drains or dirty laundry, which spoilt the

really comfy bed. lovely staff. gym very well equipped and the pool was lovely

had a realy nice relaxing stay , met some very nice people in the bar while watching good (free) entertainment

we appreciated being able to do laundry while we were there but didn't get a chance to take advantage of the

the site was nice snd had a lovely restaurant , bar and leisure complex to use which were all excellent

parking for pod was taken by another car both nights

room beyond the bar seemed to be a dumping ground for laundry

being a little off the beaten track is just what we wanted & there's plenty of parking too

hotel caters for children with regards to outdoor activities and use of the pool but with regards to food i

and our room was quiet (away from the functions) despite being above the laundry entrance

was in the room next to the service area so i was woken up by the laundry lorry at about 06

sunday carvery and compact but well equipped gym a bonus

inside, lovely staff and a fabulous spa (the new sauna opened that day so gave it a whirl)

parking was a knightmare

anything the only thing we disliked was the main bar was never staffed on an evening only the restaurant bar
