the pool heater wasn t working the best

small parking lot. no outdoor pool or hot tub.

parking situation was very small

breakfast was very good and the pancake was the easiest machine i've ever used

is very expensive plus charges a pet fee on top of already being one of the most expensive in the area

the complementary breakfast, was very nice

employee responsible for breakfast called in sick, but the lady at the front desk (debbi) worked extremely hard

maybe more breakfast choices like more fresh fruit, almond milk, oatmeal.

the staff was amazingly friendly, and the breakfast was the best we've ever had at a hotel

it appears they allow smoking in hotel rooms in ohio, we had a non- smoking and it smelled nice and fresh and

gas stations/truck stop withinn walking distance as well as bar and grill

the showers had little curly hairs next to a tiny bar of soap

didn't like that the staff didn't want to clean the room or do the laundry because of the time frame that we

from the looks of the parking lot, there weren't many guests, so i was surprised by the lack of hot water

stayed 3 nights, great breakfast waffles, eggs, sausage, toast bagels, muffins, cereal, juice, and

asked for room service on 3rd day, i stayed 4 days, no one gave the room service.

i wanted a non-smoking room as i don't smoke and i had my 6, 8 year old with me

stormed out from behind the counter and called the cops on us so literally by 10:20 there in the parking lot

in the spa tub only one side of the jets were working, other than that no complaints.

our room was near the stairwell and we heard kids running up and down the stairs

from check in, the kitchen staff during the free breakfast, and when i checked out

i loved it and the breakfast loved it and then when i went to sleep, it was quiet

the bed was really soft, i love the fact that i had basically a full kitchen in my suite

on weekends, perhaps extend breakfast one hour to allow a little

the mini kitchen was a plus

room more than met our expectations & the breakfast had more variety than we've ever seen

clean and comfortable, loved the laundry space local so i could workout and swim while washing clothes

only suggestion that i have is to provide more gluten free foods for breakfast
