it has a decent gym and laundry (did not use)

the laundry area was conveniently located and there was fitness equipment

room was a little crowded with laundry machines, but for others that might have been away from home for days,

tv was unplugged and no remote. wifi did not work.

i was placed in a room next to the laundry room where a pump would kick on every 45 minutes so i had to get my

pool was dirty and when asked for more towels was told they would bring them to room and never

the complimentary breakfast was delicious and offered a great selection of options to suit any taste

had to pay an additional fee for early check in despite selecting the early time on the booking

did not have the breakfast.

we had issues getting room service due to a shortage in cleaning staff with the holiday, and the pool lawn

clean and comfortable, loved the laundry space local so i could workout and swim while washing clothes

full kitchen was helpful especially since i had a birthday party

pool was awesome

the price for having a pet with you was very high.

parking was a challenge if we got back to the room after 9pm

the laundry service company should be replaced

the staff was exceptional! the room was quiet and comfortable. my son enjoyed the pool.

to my room i got told to follow them to the towel area which was their maintenance closet or laundry facility

the room was clean and comfortable. the staff were very friendly and there was a guest laundry.

$30 deposit fee seemed unnecessary. wifi didn't work, even with help of staff

jacuzzi was broken food was not replenished fast enough at breakfast

area and there were children under the age of 15 and she professionally and politely told the kids why they

leak under the kitchen sink.

updates are needed to carpet and bathrooms no laundry room available slight odor to room

no laundry on the premises. breakfast could have been better. also low toilet was a bummer

all but the breakfast.

i stayed almost a month while looking for housing in the area i felt very safe well lit parking

stormed out from behind the counter and called the cops on us so literally by 10:20 there in the parking lot

workers are rude and yell at you and they say pet friendly but don't fall for it

the pool is a great amenity, me friends and i upgraded from a double queen, to a suite and it was well

employee responsible for breakfast called in sick, but the lady at the front desk (debbi) worked extremely hard
