the parking was ample and location easy to find

my mum couldn't find anything she liked and had to order from the kids menu

on the outskirts of galashiels it is a beautiful building with plenty of on site parking

great bar, good food, nice public spaces, super breakfast

there was wet laundry piled up in the main corridor to the rooms overnight

poor wifi.

breakfast was a little earlier that we would have chosen when we are on holiday - but this was not

i must mention that the breakfast was outstanding as was the warmth of our two lovely hosts

staff were amazing, bar open all times, breakfast was gorgeous with lots of choice

both breakfast and dinner menus had a wide variety of choice

good choice for breakfast not to far to visit other towns free car parking everywhere

the room was very clean & fresh and a very good size, good secure parking for motorbikes, but the best bit for

really enjoyed the afternoon tea in the bar area watching a 6 nations match

hotel was very nice and comfortable and the pet friendly room we had was very cozy but spacious

breakfast was good and the coffee was excellent
