staff were excellent. m great heated pool laundry and gym good an adequate breakfast.

i was doing laundry and the washing machine kept eating my quarters and brian had to come down with me several

hotel has a great entranceway , easy parking and nice big rooms

only thing was that the hot tub, at the pool, was out of order.

there was no washing powder in the laundry room and it hadn t been replenished for several

we arrived pretty late and were able to do some laundry before it closed

they do have a pool and laundry which we did not avail ourselves to

we enjoyed the gas fireplace, made the place very cozy

would have been nice if the restaurant and bar was open for lunch

we saw the mountains and the lake but also the parking lot and utility equipment

upside would be to have more shuttle service times to the mountain

so relaxing anlot for kids to do will definitely be back

did not like eating dinner in the bar area with loud entertainers.

i appreciated that there was a laundry facility on site

wished that they had a laundry room on sight so you could dry your clothes after going to the pool

there was laundry on site and my kids and myself loved the game room

enjoyed the spa and outdoor sitting for sunbathing and reading

clean and spacious room. decent breakfast. spa and jacuzzi were perfect after a day of skiing.

while the hotel is not pet friendly, the neighbouring bretton arms is which enables those with dogs to at least

of the year (christmas school vacation) the lounge areas were overcrowded at times and all the kids activities

was filthy with dried excrement, wifi wouldnt connect, no pen in room to even early check out, only 1 wascloth

this is the first pet friendly room i've had that didn't stink!

parking was a little far, we were able to unload luggage in the breezeway, convenient enough, but

the room was pleasant, the place was clean, and had many places to relax and enjoy, plus wifi, and entertainment

breakfast had so many choices. very comfy and had a lot of extras.
