we were hoping to use the pool and hot tub but who wants to have to take a shuttle to get to and from the pool

was convenient, location has amazing mountain views, outdoor heated pool in -17 wind chill, spa (but book

in alternative they proposed us a room on the ground floor with bigger windows but view on the parking place

restaurant on-site, on-demand 1-min shuttle service to main hotel for swimming pool & spa, gym and other

no bar or restaurant open. could not get a table at the big building.

not sure if it was just a bad laundry day or what but what is up with that

i called room service and no one answered

kids arcade (for wet days), size of lobby, mount washington views from bedroom (and most dining

on the back porch with mount washington (among others) looming above us; there were fire pits and kids running

stayed 2 nights and played golf for 2 days and payed a lot more than if we would have a package deal

laundry machine downstairs not working

i was doing laundry and the washing machine kept eating my quarters and brian had to come down with me several

housekeeping equipment and dirty laundry still in the hallways at 5pm when

the pool and gaming area are great too

there was some type of convention or something but there were a lot jew/orthodox people and the kids were running

the room was wonderful, the spa was super relaxing, and the restaurant was world-class

our room meet our expectations and the outdoor pool was fantastic

access to the pool and jacuzzi is great, easy parking and checking, spacious warm cozy room and balcony

parking, in front, was very limited, and if you don't get a spot, it's quite a walk from the lot

wished that they had a laundry room on sight so you could dry your clothes after going to the pool

people shouldn t be drinking alcohol by the pool.
