had a laundry facility right outside our room and enjoyed sitting outside at the tables

laundry room was kept open with music blasting in the morning

i went to do some laundry, the washer smelled horrible & there was mold inside

needs larger pool or additional outside pool

we were in 2 adults and 3 kids and everyone slept comfortably

it was a whirlwind stay, and they accommodated us with a late checkout so i could finish laundry

need laundry baskets for the towels ( i put this in every review ) i was there for 2 nights and did not

pet friendly room on the first floor, separate entrance for dogs, nice breakfasts and timely

great location, friendly staff and clean! the ladies at the breakfast bar were wonderful.

to the front desk and request for clean towels, got two but we had to bring the dirty towels to laundry room by

ventilation, but after about an hour my sinuses and eyes were stinging and i was just watching my kids play, i

room was not ready at 4 , parking was full and kids ran by knocking on door.

the room was very nice and clean and although the pool was closed, the ammenities looked nice

hoping the pool would be open but it was completely closed off and locked so we couldn't even lay out or enjoy

we didn't use the pool, but it needed to be cleaned. lots of buildup in the corners and bottom.

breakfast was ok, not the best but definitely not the worst, coffee in the morning hours taken away

so no laundry room, the elevators stopped working, no gym equipment that works, and no spa (as it says on

l the old acs/mini fridges in stair wells) and some things broken (excercise equipment and laundry machine)

laundry service was out of order. shower drain was broken in shower and halls were hot.

roaches, nothing worked, pool closed for season in heat of summer, ice machine out of order, laundry machines

no laundry room working no hot tub working did not clean the roo. or restock our towels.
