we arrived ( late afternoon) there were piles of dirty laundry in the hall outside a number of rooms

bbq restaurant near rear of hotel saw people drinking out there at night was not comfortable parking my car in

location (2nd floor) did have some added noises since it was close to an ice machine, the guest laundry room,

comfortable hotel, well located, ample parking and decent breakfast.
