the staff were very friendly, there is a laundry room at the hotel, they supply the soap

restaurant on location, access to laundry facilities if needed

we ordered room service but there was only a desk, not a table, in our room.

there was a very large pool (for a hotel), a steam room and a hot tub

the exercise area was excellent and the dining and room service was great!

they also gave us our dollar back from the coin laundry machine when we put it in the wrong machine

the wifi information that was given to us did not work at all for either room

that includes air conditioning unit, difficulty connecting to wifi, bathroom fan hanging from the ceiling by

laundry and dryer were broken -lots of deferred maintenance, most of the trimmings were worn or

excellent location and the room had a great view of the mountain. laundry facilities were great.

room was beautiful and the kitchen was well stocked with the utensils i needed to make meals

wasn t clean when we arrived - grease all over microwave, no cleaning tools, dusty, and kitchen wasn t fully

laundry room was very dirty, the windows didn t have screens and there were mosquitoes

there was no laundry service available

laundry room in basement for guests was a bonus

more washing machines and dryers required in the guest laundry.

lovely spacious room, close to everything, quiet location, good parking and wifi.
