the laundry service was also very irregular - it's outsourced and takes a day or two to come back, with

a big black hair on it, the walls and halls were either mouldy or just falling apart, the office/laundry rooms

full access to both gym and spa is a bonus

the additional spaces in the hotel such as the snooker room, museum and guest laundry are nice touches

we had to share lift facilities at peak times with staff and dirty laundry equipment and at

the laundry on site was also a nice bonus as our stay was towards the end of our vacation
