new room located us across from the ice machine and laundry - lots of noise, did not sleep well at all

it was a gas detector in laundry room that needed a battery backup

literally placed us right beside the laundry room and hotel office so the staff hung outside our room and smoked

environment didn t feel safe and there wasn t no housekeepers and the service is trash the wifi doesn t

partake of the offered breakfast

at 3 pm check in all the laundry carts were still lined in the hallways

we were upset that the pool was not usable, hopefully next time we stay it'll be up and running.
